I am the construction manager of a construction firm in the Philippines. I handle daily coordination meetings with clients and with my team, assess the necessary resources- manpower, materials, money, machinery, to produce the required output on time. I help also with reviewing labor related issues as well as basic legal documents in my current organization. I help make communication smooth, and ensure that there is little to no miscommunication in the organization.
