Oversee all recruiting resources and activities at the Tenet Global Business Center
• Ensures recruiting resources meet all agreed upon expectations
• Collaborate with other HR subfunctions as required for process improvements
• Support and implement recruiting strategies to support hiring requirements for multiple functions such as Human Resources, Procurement, Credentialing, Pre-boarding, Compliance, Employee Relations, Information System, Healthcare related functions, Accounting & Finance (Payroll, Accounting, Accounts Payable, & Tax).
• Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with the facilities to resolve
• Support the enablement of the Recruitment function detailed design through process and technology improvements
• Monitor productivity and plans work assignments and resource allocation to meet demand
