I am a certified medical language specialist and had call center training in Dubai, UAE.I have vast experience in medical transcription for more than 15 years. I have the ability to transcribe high-volume medical dictations with exceptional accuracy. I excel in transcribing, editing, proofreading, researching, identifying and even rectifying errors in a certain medical transcript.
I am adaptable and always willing to learn and ready to face new challenges.I can work under pressure, finishing all the urgent files, TATs, even issues with manpower and I can work with little to no supervision.
I can work for more than eight hours if need be.
I have maintained a transcription quality score of 98.5% and above.I have handled US and UK accounts with mostly ESL doctors.
I did legal transcription as well for a short period of time including malpractice, video police pursuits with suspects, child abuse interview and transcripts of emergency calls both videos and audio recordings.I also worked in the airline and food and beverage industries in Dubai and Italy and
