I am Rudylyn Umaguing-Tavara, CPA, MBA. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and a Master’s in Business Administration graduate. I am certified as a CPA in the Philippines and have been working as an accountant in my current job. I am in charge in supervising the tasks done by the Bookkeepers and making sure that the accounts have an accurate book for decision-making basis. I am also responsible for making sure that employees receive timely and accurate payroll and benefits.

I have superior analytical skills, practiced at drilling down to transaction/workflow details in support of process and profit improvement. I also have good interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with business managers to resolve variances, redefine forecasts, and identify opportunities for improvement.
I am in-depth in using Excel and Google Drive and have recently been certified as Xero, Xero Payroll, QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Payroll Advisor.
