I have been taking calls for quite some time already. I was in Customer Service back then. And just lately, I was trained on how to be a Digital Marketing Specialist also for Telemarketing Services. I handled my own team also in a different account. It was challenging but a great way for learning also. I am willing to be trained for the tasks given.
