Hi, I'm Phoerl. I am a Registered and Licensed Architect and Registered Master Plumber in the Philippines. I specialize in architectural drafting, site planning, designing, building technologies, and utilities, including architectural interiors. I also do project cost estimating, and construction and site supervision. In computer and technical skills, I also know how to use different software in line with architecture such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRAY and LUMION rendering, basic Photoshop editing, and Microsoft Office tools. I do well with research and visual presentations and was awarded Best in Thesis in my college days as well.
