I began my career with SiriusXM, handling customer requests for subscription cancellations and working to retain them as paying customers. Following that, I worked with Ally Financial Auto Loans, where I managed customer payoff information and details on terms and interest for mobile vehicles. I also have experience with Guardian Dental Insurance, assisting both patients and providers with benefits, claims, and histories.
Throughout my BPO career, I have extensively used Microsoft Office tools. Currently, I work as a virtual assistant, and I am a certified business development executive and lead generation specialist. My skills include administrative tasks, email management, scheduling, social media management and engagement, graphic design, and video editing.
