I have done risk and quality management work for more than ten years for different industries with emphasis on banks and financial institutions. I am very much experienced in using spreadsheets, doing data mining and business intelligence work. I did quite a number of project management work involving development and implementation of records and information systems for different organizations. I am also very comfortable in doing graphic design and editing using the Adobe Creative Suite. I am also knowledgeable and experienced in developing websites using WordPress. I also previously had experiences in doing audio and video transcription as well as doing administrative management, copy editing and proofreading. Currently, I am also learning how to do copywriting hoping that soon I would be able to create copies as part of business marketing campaigns.
