I've been with the BPO industry for almost 8 yrs now. I was a Team Manager in my first company for Retail. Got an opportunity to handle multiple teams, I was trained for multiple line of business and most of the time given the task as a POC of our site whenever there is no Operation Manager Around.
Currently, I am working as a Sales Advisor for almost 2 yrs now.
