I’ve been working as an Office Engineer at New Golden City Builders & Development Corporation, where I handle cost estimates and quantity takeoffs using Planswift and Bluebeam. I help with bid preparations, create daily progress reports, and coordinate with the site team to keep everything on track. I also interpret structural and architectural drawings using AutoCAD. One of the projects I’ve worked on is the SM ASH development, which includes an arena, hotel, and convention center. I’ve gained experience working with U.S. and Australian construction standards and have learned how to manage project details efficiently while keeping quality and deadlines in mind.
