I have over 6 years experience working in this company servicing customers from countries around the globe.
Some of my daily task includes:
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Manage user accounts such as account modification, onboarding and offboarding
- Contribute to the development and maintaining of knowledge base containing FAQs, step-by-step user guides and resolutions
Also, I have managed multiple teams to improve their work-standards and I was also heavily involved in training and quality improvement, and assessed applicants for technical skills review.
Furthermore, I also have 3 months experience working remotely as an independent contractor / freelancer as a E-Commerce Specialist after I left the corporate world.

- Manage inventory levels
- Upload and update product listings
