I've been a customer service representative for almost 6 years. I'm finding a job related in handling customer's through email or chat (back office job). I experienced sales and billing account. My expertise includes using Zendesk, Gorgias, and Reamaze as tools in answering customer's queries.
Aside from that, I'm also really into music. I would also love to have a job related to music.
