Been in a BPO industry for 4 years handled Medical Account, Technical Account (includes billing and repair) and been a customer service associate of a financial institution and all were based in the US. Now, i've been a Virtual assistant for 4 years and worked with several investors and realtors for a real estate niche. Mostly i did cold calling, reaching out to every homeowners in a specific market digging deeper with their motivation to sell, property conditions and price in selling. I had a little training to with running some comps and also handled some admin tasks as i was also a part of the management team while doing calls. As an explorer and after spending a few years in real estate, i tried a different niche which is being a Medical Virtual Assistant. I. worked with a US based clinic with several GI Doctors doing some appointment setting and eligibility verifications. I also worked directly as a Medical Assistant of an Internal Medicine Doctor with chart preparations, appointment setting, calling patients for their lab results and DI results. I am a dedicated person, organized, able to multitask and ca work with minimal supervision.
