I have also worked in customer service for years. As a Barista at a starbucks store for two years, I’ve assisted as many customers who are going to work by making their coffee, teas and serving pastries. As i’ve went to Maldives my first job is in 4 star hotel. I also interacted with dozens of customers each day. I always made sure to provide clear and thorough answers to questions about our meal options and the cost of items. And i’ve learned many experience as its my first time working in hotel and abroad so i’ve encountered different nationalities. After 2 years i’ve got the opportunity to work in 5 star resort hotel which im currently working. I’ve learned different types of drinks and i was assigned in bar, speciality restaurant and buffets also.
I was always the one my teammates turned to in stressful situations, and I know I would be equally cool, calm and collected as a waiter. Im currently working at Emerald Resort and Spa Maldives as a Culinary Coordinator which i’ve learned how to deal with paperworks, Attendance, HR Fusion all admin works.
