Hi. I'm Mariane Ho, 37 yrs. old from Philippines. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology in one of the University here in my place. I am currently working as a Production Supervisor in a Tuna Canning Factory that produces good quality products. I am tasked to oversee and monitor the overall production process to ensure safety and quality of the product from rawmat to finished. I'll do monthy report on the production performance and if the Target were achieved. In this presentation of report, gathering of data is a must and data were collected and entered using Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint Presentation. KPI ( Key Performance Indicator) was also used but I had a litlle knowledge of it since it was recently used in our presentation. I was once a Quality Assurance Checker before the promotion in the same company. I was tasked to check quality of the rawmats to be used and its finished product. Annually,we have different audits from BRC,SGS,IFS to name a few. As a QAC, we are assigned to answer questions and explain to the auditors about their queries on the plant processes and its standard. With this, I be able to have a knowledge in HACCP,GMP and SSOP. Make and answer reports and email from clients and others. English proficiency in both writing and speaking is above average but I prefer more in writing since I was an introvert person. Typing skills is above average and can finished work in a given time for I was trained to work under pressure. Willing to be trained if needed.
