As for my current career, I have been in RPO industry where I shifted my career from BPO industry. Here in Recruitment Process Outsourcing or RPO industry, I was able to work on end to end process as a Senior Recruiter handling US applicants for non-tech job orders.
I also became a data imaging specialist handling health care account where all the credentials of nursing applicants were validated and be qualified to work on their specific facilities.
And now, I was promoted as Quality Auditor of this account. I have been in this industry for 4 years up to now.
I am looking forward to continue and grow my career in this type of industry.
