I have extensive experience in Global Communication. I worked years as a quality assurance supervisor and a product specific trainer in a BPO company. I have background in consumer banking as an auditor. In addition, I have worked on the side as an annotator, search engine evaluator, data labelling specialist and transcriptionist in an AI company.
