As QA I used to work with the operations team to make sure all their process are correct by doing quality checking and being keen to details to make sure they won’t miss anything. I can also be their support and as an expert to the process I do back up in operations team if needed. Additionally, part of QA task is compiling and monitoring all Quality performance pf my supported team making it sure that the team is meeting the quality needed when processing clients requests
