I've been with different fields of work but one thing I can assure is that I excel in customer support. I stand out in email/chat but can definitely stand out as well in phone. My experiences have given me set of skills that is needed in providing quality customer support, my experiences have also given me the opportunity to communicate with different types of people which made me more flexible in communicating with them.
