1. Recruitment Analyst:
-Interact and maintain liaison with Recruiters per Account to ensure pre-hiring requirements are completed prior to Training Start Date
-Facilitate Compliance discussions and ensure expectations are discussed/ clarified with New Hires
-Responsible in the preparation of Job Offer kits and assisting New Hires on concerns during Job Offers
-Prepare (as instructed) periodic reports & records on progress, status or other special documentation
-Responsible for onboarding of all New Hires and ensure details are complete & accurate and collaborate with specific departments involved in the hiring process
-Responsible for tracking BI & PEME costs, and request billing for payment from Vendors
-Provide accurate reports on regular basis and special reports upon request; identify issues & resolve within desirable timelines, and conduct & participate in New Hire Orientations pertaining to completion of pre-hiring requirements
-Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
2. Recruitment Specialist:
-Ensure that all the Recruitment stages are operating efficiently
-Act as single point of contact (Account POC) for designated candidates for all Recruitment concerns
-Understand Recruitment demands and skills/ profiles within the area of responsibility/ Account handled
-Screen applications and select candidates based on Hiring Manager & Account Profile
-Conduct interviews/ organize and facilitate assessment/ processing days in a timely manner
-Provide external marketplace information to Recruitment Leadership and the Channel Management/ Sourcing Team (details gathered during interview process)
-Facilitate meetings/ calibrations/ roadshows with stakeholders/ Hiring Managers/ employees/ candidates
-Update and utilize Hiring database and tools (MS Excel etc)
-Manage proper tracking of all applicants and monitor recruitment statistics
-Collect, summarize, and generate complete and accurate regular reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Hiring database and other tools (MS Excel etc).
-Review and validate reports prior to release to the management. Provide special reports upon request
-Train new members of the team
-Build strong networks to enhance candidate attraction campaigns
-Discuss with Manager/ Immediate Superior challenges in recruitment and processing of candidates and recommend necessary action with enough lead time to process additional candidates
-Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
