I have been working as a customer representative for a few years and shifted to back office admin work for most of the years in my career. As a current senior fulfillment, I have gone through data maintenance and order processing so I have the basic knowledge of using certain tools like excel, adobe editor, word and gcrm. I have catered US, UK and I am now working for a SEA business unit.
