Before that, I was the go-to person for tech headaches at VXI, sorting out software and hardware issues. And even earlier, at Teleperformance, I was helping people navigate the often confusing world of healthcare and insurance.
Basically, I'm all about getting things done right, and I'm a bit of an organization freak. I've got a toolbox full of digital helpers—Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, you name it—and I'm always eager to learn new ones.
