I am an experienced Marketing Professional with over 6 and half years of experience in selling brand new cars and 4 years of Customer Service Representative.
In my most recent role at Toyota Camarines Sur, Inc. I successfully led several high impact campaigns that resulted in reaching my monthly quota. I wont last in this kind of industry if I don't love what I'm doing. I have proven track records in utilizing data-driven strategies, online transactions, facing fears to approached unknown people taking a chance to get a positive result, set meetings to different business owners to negotiate what I am selling to optimized marketing efforts and achieved successful closed deals.
In terms of my customer service experience, taking time to understand the customer's concern without rushing them then address their needs and emotions to quickly respond to their issues. I was trained to resolve client's concern without the supervision of my superior, I can handle things on my control.
