I’m Mara Jane De Jesus, and I’m interested in the position that are related to Supply Chain and Logistics Industries.
I have ten years of experienced working in a Supply Chain and logistics company.
For the past years I been able to do task at suits best to your open position. I been CSR for Import and Export Air freight Department that includes creation of AWB and other pre documents such as invoice, cargo manifest and lodging in the BOC accredited site for documentation. Apart from that I was able to monitor the shipment from booking from the preferred airline until the delivery destination place. Talking to different agents around the globe is also part of the task. The reason why I’m also well-equipped talking to different kind of people. After those position I went to BPO company that also caters same services. I ‘ve been Logistics analyst that monitors shipment from America going to different destinations. I also do the trucking booking for domestic shipment. Other than that, I also assigned in auditing invoices that has been sent by carriers that has been used for our shipment. Those invoices are important in the company because its main objective is to check if all invoices sent are valid and accurate. Not only in term for total charges but also in terms of details that the carrier entered on the invoice itself because the company has a different plant that will pay individually the charges.
Not only transactional task I’m well equipped with. I’m also creating reports like Carrier Metrics Report and Shipment Management report those reports are used by our counter parts and bosses in their monthly meeting with the higher operation persons. Those reports show the analyzations per month why included charts shows those numbers and some recommendation.
