I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry with more than 20 years of Technical Support and Customer Service experience. I have handled several campaigns/accounts such as telco (AT&T and Verizon), computing (Dell), and financial (JPMorgan Chase). Worked as Data Entry and Enhancement Specialist for about a year catering to IBM North America consumers. I also worked as a Counter Staff Receptionist and Admin Assistant for an airline based in the UAE for 2 years and learned how to interact with different nationalities and cultures during my stay. I've also been a Health Care Professional for 6 months at a Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic assisting patients and monitoring vital signs and Intravenous drips. I also assist with Chelation Therapy and have done Colonics Hydrotherapy procedure to patients.
In addition to that, I have background knowledge in data mining, data entry, web research, order fulfillment, email marketing, and I also handled different applications and software such as Salesforce, CRM, Oracle, MS Office, Google Workspace, and Softphones.
