During this time, I supported a variety of clients—including those with product or service concerns, billing issues, and technical assistance needs. I also worked in a BPO environment serving international clients in industries such as telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce.
In addition to my customer service background, I have 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and most recently worked as an Administrative Assistant, where I was responsible for generating paperwork and later transitioned into a Paperwork Checker role.
