This is Kim. I've previously worked as a Senior Client Partner in Access Healthcare Services and been a Management Trainee for 4 years. I worked in claims tracking and helping out the doctors get paid for their claims and we are the ones reaching out to the insurances for claims status. Aside from healthcare BPO industry, I've worked with an inhouse company in the financial industrt. I've been a retirement specialist for more than a year and we helped our participants with their 401k plans and money out transactions.
