Currently working as an HR Specialist / Technical Recruiter at GenuineXs / Reignite Cyber Solutions Inc., where I manage end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to drafting job offers and facilitating onboarding. I create targeted job postings and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet, Facebook Groups, and direct outreach, ensuring a wide reach across platforms. I also coordinate closely with hiring managers to maintain a smooth and positive candidate experience. My role further involves maintaining accurate employee records, monitoring recruitment metrics, and supporting the development of strategies to attract top talent.
