I have been with the BPO industry since 2011. I was able to work as an Analyst, Customer Service Representative (Email, Chat and Phone) and a back office associate. My latest work experience is for a utility company (Electricity and Gas) and as a Lead Associate where we handle most of the customers payment, refund and all other issues with on their account with relation to money.
During my tenure with my last company, I was given an opportunity to be included in the migration process of the system used for customers account. I was also able to help in establishing the foundation of the work processes in which I was able to contribute in setting the standard steps of the processes that was used by new and old employees as guide.
With my skill set and attitude in workplace, I know I can contribute a lot and make sure all the necessary work is done as expected of me.
