I worked as a recruiter in a BPO company for 1 year and 9 months where I interview candidates for various line of businesses. We have a minimum 40 calls per day aside from conducting face-to-face interviews. I also experienced providing assessment tests to the candidates, discuss job offers, and build relationship to the hiring managers. Right now, I am working as a recruiter in one of the top 4 accounting firms in the US. We hire people for multiple service lines depending on the position that needs to be filled. In my current company, I experienced hiring candidates from associate to director level. I work closely with our hiring managers to build relationship and to identify which candidate fits the role.
