I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing industry here in the Philippines for nearly 3 years, serving as a Customer Service Representative in both voice and back-office roles in financial account. Additionally, I have experience as Merchant Support specialist (Shopify), assisting both large and small stores via chat, email, and phone. And I have experience in appointment setter and cold calling.
Over the years, I've developed communications skills in both verbal and writing, the ability to work with different people and assisting customers over the phone. I've also improved my abilities in problem solving, critical thinking, comprehension and multi-tasking. I've acquired basic knowledge on computer programs and tools and can work with less supervision.
