Having worked for 5 years now in Project Management, I have a strong background in managing tasks, scheduling and calendar management, organizing files and inbox, as well as data entry/processing. Working as a Project Manager has also given me the opportunity to hone my problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.
Prior to that, I have worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist in a BPO company which required being detail-oriented and proficient in data analysis and visualization. I also have a broad experience in the Customer Service industry where I had the chance to interact and resolve issues of different types of customers, from regular consumers to IT professionals.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.), Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace, Sharepoint, and Zendesk, among others.
