I have 5 years experienced working in a BPO industry with multiple accounts I've handled as being a Customer Service and Sales Representative, Billing Specialist, Order Placer, Order Entry Specialist with Customer Service and Marketing Researcher.
In addition I also experienced being a support and a sub team leader in our team, in which I help my co-workmates the process of navigating the tools, helping them how to handle irate customers in a calm way, providing excellence customer service and giving them tips and strategies in achieving the required target of the clients.
