I have worked as a real estate virtual assistant for the last 4 years.
My job was at RE Assist Incorporated, a virtual assistant company that focuses on real estate in Australia, and my role is project coordinator.
I am responsible for receiving different client tasks and getting and providing the information needed, such as the instructions and the quota of the project. I create the standard operating procedure for the task that will be approved by the client. I also train the VAs that I handle, monitor that they follow the SOP, meet their requirements, and make sure that the task or project is completed on or before the deadline. I also make reports to the client after the task is completed.
My supervisors and co-workers always say that I have a positive attitude in my workplace, others say that I am talkative and friendly.
With my 4 years in being a real estate virtual assistant, I've learned my skills, first is attention to details. As a VA, you make sure that all information about the tenant or owner has the correct details; 2nd, time management: being a project coordinator, you have multiple deadlines to meet, so I make sure to track my time so I do not miss one; and lastly organizational skills: managing multiple tasks is nerve-racking, so I have to make sure that I organize the most important things to be addressed first to the least.
I also have knowledge in different property management and Data Base CRMs such as Property Tree, Property Me, Console Cloud, Rest, Agent Box, Vault, Nurture Cloud, Price Finder, Property Guru and Property Smarts.
