I've worked as a customer service representative for telecommunication company. My responsibilities were to assist customers with billing concern, service issues, promotion inquiries and getting new service.
The skills I've acquired in the past includes problem solving, product knowledge, time-management and multitasking and adaptability. I'm a fast learner and quickly deliver resolutions without risking the quality of my work.
