I am an articulate and diligent person who welcomes challenges and is willing to work under pressure. My greatest strengths are my patience in learning and honing new skills, as well as my communication and organization skills. Over the past year of my experience resolving escalated customer complaints and issues as a customer service representative, and leading teams by example, with feedback and coaching while I was in the Training Department, I have learned a lot of soft and hard skills that I believe are important in ensuring the quality of my tasks and responsibilities.
