I am an aspiring Virtual Assistant and Graphic Designer from the Philippines. I completed a vocational degree in Computer Science. My previous work experiences for the past 8 years are related to Data entry, lead research and lead cleaning, data reporting, data management, Valuation Support, and customer service. I learned different tools like Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Salesforce, Hubspot, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, CoreLogic (Valex), VMS, Outlook, and different CRMs from the company.
With a strong desire to explore my virtual career, I enrolled in the VA Bar and took their Virtual Assistant Course, which includes Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation Specialist, Basic Graphic Design, Administrative Course, and Email Marketing. Also, I took a Photo Manipulation Course in Adobe Photoshop with Designerio by Coach Hiro.
I completed my Social Media Management Internship with Good Shepherd Staffing, a Virtual Assistant agency in US last June 2024. My tasks are managing their 2 Facebook pages, content strategy, content creation, content scheduling via Meta Business Suite, community engagement, managing messages, and weekly and monthly insights reports.
