I have worked as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO/call center company for 9 years doing chat and email support. I was with 3 accounts with the company. My first account is with the Xbox console. I provided technical support by helping with hardware troubleshooting and connection issues. My second account is a special project for Windows Live ID. I check and verify personal information given by customer and review it against Windows database. My last account is with Zynga providing support for games in Facebook, Zynga poker in particular. What I do is check and verify abuse reports and double check it in our database. From there, I will then d-----------, in accordance to our Terms of Service, if an account is to be banned or suspended depending on their violations.
Before entering the BPO industry, I worked for a government agency doing clerical work and data entry jobs. I have extensive experience in providing support for Government Service Insurance System (GSIS). I have provided assistance to the IT manager in updating and installing system software for the institution. Also included in the support is membership profiling, data entry, front desk support, and updating of service records, information, contracts, and payments of the institutions members.
I also have worked with an outsourcing company specializing in data encoding, doing online and offline data encoding. Then, just recently, I just finished doing admin, data entry job, analytics, email management (Mailchimp), and CMS (Wordpress) in another platform. These experiences I believe would be enough for me to get hired and land a job.
I believe that I can be an asset to any company. I fully believe that hiring me will be both beneficial to the company as well as my self. I can do work with minimal to zero supervision. I am self motivated, driven and is always focused on doing any given task. I always see to it that I give my best in everything that I do especially work related. I always try to find a way to make work easier for me and my colleagues. I always want a long term, stable commitment where I can be my best and do my best for the benefit of my employer and myself. I am trustworthy and is loyal. My last job can very well define me when it comes to being trustworthy and loyal. I am always open to learning new things and elevating my knowledge and personality as a whole. And as I have stated earlier, I always give my best at any given task and that my experience for more than 9 years will be a plus in achieving the desired output for this position.
Lastly, I am open to negotiating the rate and I can start as soon as I am hired. I can also work overtime if needed.
