I have been working as a freelance event organiser and sound engineer for various local albums since 2004. I have acquired the capability in doing the task remotely and able to manage people in handling both small and large events. I usually cater album launchings, church and school activities, concerts and the likes. Year 2009, I entered the BPO industry and was able to have the opportunity in handling different line of businesses as an agent. During my tenure, I became a Outbound Sales representative (voice), Complaints Case Manager and became the Complaints and Sales SME before being a Quality Assurance Specialist. The time being in the BPO industry honed my skills on both leadership and account technicalities. With the experience I had in the past, I believe that I am fit for the job.
