Leads all product development, system enhancement, process improvement, and regulatory compliance projects of Deposit and Payroll Product Group and other proponents in the bank. Works closely with Product Development Manager in conceptualizing and developing products, services, facilities, and/or systems. This includes end-to-end coordination with IT group, external vendor, Implementation Team, Risk Teams, and other appropriate support and control units concerned.
