Working for a finance and BPO company for the past few years has given me a wealth of experiences and skills. Being meticulous is one of the most vital qualities I should possess since I need to create precise data and details for financial reports and give customers accurate information about their inquiries. Being flexible is important to me because I work in finance on a rotating basis and must become familiar with all work-related reports in financial statements and reporting. In BPO, on the other hand, I must pick up new skills, become familiar with the working environment, and improve my communication abilities in order to carry out my duties.
