Currently working at AHM Outsourcing Services Inc. as Medical Records Retrieval Specialist for an American company that specializes in medical records retrieval and release of information. As a Records Retrieval Specialist, my primary task is to send out requests for medical records to different facilities, clinics, or hospitals. It could be by way of using an online portal, faxing, secure email, or via mail. Other tasks include invoice processing and medical records compilation, call back scheduling, actions documentation, and some quality assessment for records to be released as we not only request records, but we are also custodian of records for certain facilities.
Prior to working as a Records Retrieval Specialist, I was a Team Leader and a Trainer at TTEC which is also a BPO company. I was tasked to lead a proficient back-office team executing KYC protocols for a global financial entity. Along with being a Team Leader, I am also a certified process trainer adept at facilitating comprehensive training and onboarding for new hires. As both an accomplished team lead and trainer, I had the privilege of being a part of a pivotal expansion project at another TTEC site in the Philippines. My expertise was instrumental in training a cohort of employees set to join the Line of Business I am proficient in, with the strategic goal of onboarding additional back-office associates seamlessly into our operations. My role was crucial in ensuring the success of this initiative, leveraging my skills to enhance our team's capabilities and drive organizational growth.
