I completed a 4-month internship as a Desktop Support Technician and IT Support. During this time, I handled data entry, prepared basic reports, and kept records organized and updated. I also assisted with troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, setting up devices, installing programs, and helping users with technical concerns.
