I've been in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) business for quite sometime and I can say that I'm a seasoned customer service/success/experience employee, catering services from technical support, life/health insurance, telecommunications to e-commerce, orders management, logistics, refunds and dispute analysis. My sense of achievement is seeing people, colleagues develop and grow together with the company, I have developed countless managers starting from being a representative in the frontlines which shows that I am will to share the experience I received throughout my journey as part of this industry.
