Hi there! I’m Trisha. I graduated a four year course in BS Psychology. As a Certified Human Resource Associate, I have a work experience of 5 months as a Human Resource Associate - Reliever conducting compensation and benefits such as managing their healthcare benefits, applying for loans, filing sickness applications, managing rice subsidy and customer care and support. I have provided employees with information regarding benefit programs, procedures, updates, and mandatory government disclosures. I am also knowledgeable in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, powerpoint, and other basic computer skills. Besides my work experience, I run a small online business that occupies my free time where I manage daily postings on the social media page across Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. I am also eager to work as a Virtual Assistant as I have the ability to learn easily. I aim to further hone my skills and take advantage of new career development opportunities.
