In our organization, I presently work as a property records officer and am regarded as a senior head accountant. In order to anticipate the future budget and spending, I am in charge of forecasting machines that will be depreciated, entering and correcting data entry, and tracking all capital expenditures as well as depreciation. Additionally, I have been the internal auditor for our company's cooperative for the past three years. In this role, I oversee the auditing of accounting-controlled forms, bank reconciliations, loan processing, and accurate cost recording.
I had a number of jobs in our company before I became a property records officer, where I was in charge of several departments or divisions such as budget, cash disbursement, trade and non-trade payables, and accounts payable. My previous jobs also are managing credits and four years in field of sales and marketing.
