Made Things Digital & Automatic: I engineered dozens of interactive web apps that replaced slow, paper-based work. Think lease optimizers, automated checklists for getting properties ready, and dynamic training modules. I used my skills in HTML and JavaScript to create real, tangible solutions that just worked.
Looked Ahead with Strategy & AI: I wasn't just focused on the day-to-day. I wrote the playbooks (like the "4-P" framework) and came up with the concepts for the entire AI ecosystem (Maven, Aegis) that guided the company's thinking. My job was to design the "minds" that would run the business.
Engineered Global Teams: Designed and implemented the complete system for hiring, training, and integrating elite Filipino Virtual Assistant teams, creating comprehensive training manuals and interactive modules that ensured perfect alignment and immediate effectiveness.
