As a Call quality analyst, I listened for automotive calls, categorized them as service and sales calls, and scored leads according to predefined criteria.
Tool Used:
The company has its own software used to record calls from agents in a car dealership and with a scoring sheet. The agent has a scripted set of questions that need to be ask for customers. As Call QA I will determine if they are able to ask those certain questions by ticking Yes or No on the score sheet. A percentage rate may appear after a call as an agent's score for a particular call.
My healthcare background includes serving as a Clinical Auditor in a home healthcare setting wherein I reviewed medical charts for accuracy and compliance needed for insurance verification.
