I previously worked as a legal assistant for a private company in Makati City, Philippines, where I was tasked with the drafting of pleadings for labor cases, which includes legal research, analysis of facts, and construction of arguments and possible counter-arguments. I was also responsible for the collation of evidence/information relative to each and every case, and the filing and service of the pleadings before the administrative agencies tasked with adjudicating labor disputes. In addition, I was in charge of safekeeping legal documents related to labor cases, calendar of cases and coordinating with external counsels.
Currently, I am at my 4th year in law school. I am very much willing to learn more about legal work and acquire new skills to become a better law professional.
