I have worked for 4 years in a corporate office, where I primarily handled logistics, procurement, and some marketing tasks. The core of my job involved issuing purchase orders for suppliers, processing invoices for all store branches, and ensuring the secure delivery of all items. I was also responsible for managing the inventory system, monitoring stock levels, and performing weekly forecasting. Additionally, I processed necessary documents and permits for importation and coordinated shipments between Cebu and Manila based on demand. My focus was on cost-cutting and minimizing expenses to improve cash flow.
After transitioning to a swimwear company 3 years ago, I started as a customer support representative, handling influencer marketing and various administrative tasks. Over time, I moved into the role of operations lead, where I now focus on data analysis, logistics, purchasing, supply chain management, and overseeing our Shopify website.
